Before you book
New client deposit
New client bookings may require an advance payment of $20 per person to secure the appointment. This amount is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations without notice.
Multiple bookings
Clients requesting 3 or more sessions may also be asked for an advance deposit of $20 per person per session.
Cancellation notice
We require a minimum of 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late notice is appreciated but may still incur a charge.
Late arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes after the original booking time may result in a partial treatment session or automatic cancellation.
