New clients — A booking may require an advance payment of $20 per person as a secure deposit. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation without notice.
Multiple bookings — Clients requesting 3 or more bookings may be required to pay $20 per person in advance.
Cancellations & changes — Please provide a minimum of 2 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late arrivals — Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in a partial treatment or automatic cancellation of the appointment.
